R & D Center:
55 staffs from engineering department are responsible for mould design and project analysis.
Fifteen out of them have more than 15 years experience in mould area. Three of them can speak English fluently.
DY Tooling Engineering Department owns a strong design & program team which is praised for their rich experience and creative spirit. We apply advanced international system---CAD/CAM/CAE in mould design and injection moulding.
For 2D Modeling, we use AutoCAD. (DWG or DXF format for the drawing)
For 3D Modeling, we use Pro/ENGINEER, SolidWorks and Unigraphics. (IGS, STP, X_T etc. format for the drawing)
For CNC Programming, we use MasterCAM and Unigraphics.
We also supply MoldFlow Mold Advisor to analyse the plastic flow and deform simulation.
Those software enable us to originate full-assembly and detailed drawings quickly, offering a cost-effective solution to our clients.
We use standard components from equivalent DME and HASCO.
YUDO, DME, HASCO, MASTIP, INCOE, SYNVENTIVE, HUSKY, and MOLD-MASTER standards are used in hot runner system. |
