The design of every product must pass strict design process including “basal analyse flow”, “gate design”, “flow balance design”, “weld mark elimination”, “technical process parameter”, “injecting technical condition” etc. At the same time we must test every target carefully for the new product in order to validate whether accord with the requirements of the design parameter. Mold flow analyze:
Mold flow software can forecast the problem before injection to avoid mistake 。 For example, how to change thickness, shape, injection gate or material to improve product character. Mold flow can also analyze th e detailed information including melting mark , air venting flow time, pressure and the temperature.
